In this tip I bring to your attention two items concerning security of your living quarters:

1. iZON Remote Room Monitor streams live video and audio to your iOS device when it detects movement or sound in whatever room it is placed. That means that no matter where you are you can know if someone has broken into your home, apartment, or a hotel room the instant it happens and you can have a video recording of that too. You can also trigger the system remotely at any time. Read more about it at Gizmag.

2. Free info on how to prepare yourself and your house for a natural disaster or attack, such as a home invasion, is available from U.S. Concealed Carry Association, Inc. and You Are Prepared. Download "Simple Steps For Ultra-Effective Home Security" from www.youareprepared.com/ct/freevideo/?aff_id=1077.
