As people loose their tempers, they lose good perception, reaction time, coordination, and accuracy. They are that much easier to outmaneuver.

The corollary to the above is that: Beware of people whose physiological signs go down during a confrontation, who do not look angry, who do not raise their voice.

In forthcoming self-defense tips I will reveal simple methods of keeping cool mind and relaxed body in any confrontation and under physical attack.
